Today, I am warning you of a SCAM by the RPW (Republican Party of Wisconsin). Please read this entire article and determine whether you want to be a victim in this scam. 

Over the last couple of days, you may have received an email or text stating that the RPW has opened a “field office” and is calling it the Trump Victory Office for Sheboygan County. (This has further been touted by the Sheboygan Taxpayers Alliance (STA), a one-person operation run by Asher Heimermann.)

Let me be clear! The RPSC (Republican Party of Sheboygan County) HQ at 1122 Indiana Avenue has been and will continue to be Trump Central and the place for supporters of President Trump and other conservative candidates.

Let me share some of the incredible things we have done and are doing at the HQ:

• Distributed over 3,000 yard signs
• Distributed/installed over 500 4’x8′ signs
• Set up an HQ team to serve conservatives for 30+ hours a week
• Had a team of volunteers for door-knocking
• Led the largest Trump Road Rally in the state
• Created a vibe and hosted a mass of Patriots at the County Fair
• Sold Trump merchandise for several months
• Offered to help the Trump Force 47 (led by Haley Stuckmann)

So…..why is the RPW setting up an alternative “field office” in Sheboygan County when the RPSC already has the HQ? Why is Stuckmann leading this alternative effort to what we have already accomplished and set up for a huge Trump victory? Why is a building attached to Bitter Neumann (owned by Amy Binsfeld’s family) housing this small, alternative group?  

It’s time to be direct and call out what is going on behind the scenes!

Enter Binsfeld, who back in January at the RPSC annual caucus, stated, “I am not a Patriot” and said that she would not be returning to the HQ. In spite of her burning the bridge with the RPSC, Binsfeld reached out to me several weeks ago via text requesting her signs to be at the HQ. (See below * for a full script of the text exchange) In what can best be described as a meltdown, Binsfeld minimized the value of RPSC members and refused to meet with James Tesauro (RPSC Vice Chair) and me. Still, some of our members have offered to help her, which she has refused to accept. 

Enter Stuckmann, the newly appointed RPW 6th District campaign point person, who was assisted by Binsfeld in her unsuccessful run for school board. The ties between the two are strong and unmistakable. And the ties between Binsfeld and RPW’s favorite son, Robin Vos, are blatant. (As you may recall, we exposed Vos and RACC for using “dark money” against Lindee Brill in her primary.) So, the RPW decided to open its own “field office” in Sheboygan County out of vindictiveness and disrespect for the RPSC and all of us, its members. 

Many of you know that RPW had a hit list of county parties in early 2024. The RPSC was at the top of the list because we stood up to the deception of Vos and Establishment cronies at the top of the RPW. On a podcast with Regular Joe, James and I called out the RPW and invited them to take their best shot at the RPSC in the light of day with full media coverage. The RPW cowered and never showed up. However, the RPSC is still its nemesis with the RPW now attempting to create an alternative group. 

Do not fear! The RPSC Executive Committee has carefully followed its constitution and every conceivable rule along the path to creating a home for Patriots and an organization that will hold legislators accountable for their votes. We have become one of the most powerful county parties in Wisconsin. We will continue to fight for our values and the platform of the Republican Party. 

Enter Heimerman, who has now used his one-man operation, Sheboygan County Taxpayers, as the mouthpiece for this attempted coup! Heimermann has falsely stated that the RPSC has done nothing for the Trump Force 47 campaign. The RPW, not the RPSC, runs that campaign.  Many of our members have been key volunteers during the first phase. Now, with the second phase underway, our members have again stepped up. 

Finally, you should know that the RPSC Campaign Chair, Rhonda Brami, applied for the position of Field Organizer for Sheboygan County. She submitted her resume’ and cover letter to Stuckmann on July 12. Stuckmann never forwarded it to the RPW State Director for the RPC National Committe for approval. Such is the animus of Stuckmann toward the RPSC.  

So….do not be fooled by the SCAM perpetrated by the RPW, Binsfeld, Stuckmann, and Heimermann. The RPSC is thriving and will continue to serve its members and true patriots at the HQ! Stay tuned for more great opportunities to bring President Trump to the finish line!

Hi Russ. I’ve had a couple people reach out and ask if I’d have signs available at headquarters. I’m not sure if the board is open to my signs coming back or not but I guess let me know.
Hi, Amy. Based on your voluntary exit of the RPSC and brash statements about Patriots and not coming back to the HQ (at the caucus in January), I’m surprised at your interest in now utilizing the RPSC. However, as a first step, if you want to meet with James and me to discuss your change of heart toward the RPSC and its mission, I would be glad to set that up. Just let me know. Thanks!
So you’re saying I have to agree to your terms in order to serve the people of the 26th? You don’t want the people of the 26th to have access to a republican candidate’s signs? If you don’t want to promote a Republican candidate on behalf of the people but rather your own platform I think that is sad. I’m not looking to meet with either of you but rather serve the district. I feel you should probably confirm that choice with all Republican voters in the 26th district being you are willing to give up a seat to the democrats in November. Is that the choice even non RPSC members of the 26th want? Let me know if signs can be brought in or not on behalf of Republican voters.
Per my text last night, it’s the RPSC’s mission and platform, not mine! My offer to meet stands. Just let me know a few days/times that work for you.

You do understand that Lindee won her primary and should be respected as the candidate for the 27th. I also won the 26th district and should be respected as the candidate. We are two candidates voted in by the people to be on the November ballot for Sheboygan county. I respect that you and James were voted in by less than 80 members of a party. Do you feel you make the rules for 10,000 plus voters in my district? So you are saying a party of now 254 make decisions for a county population of approximately 60,000 Republican voters? I ask you to rethink your strategy. If you won’t allow the signs without me living by RPSC rules (voted in by less than 200 people), then be clear but I won’t meet with you and James for your approval.
I’m disappointed that you refuse to take up my offer to meet. But thank you for confirming.

I’m not asking you and James to place my signs in your yards. I’m asking for the republicans in the 26th district to have easy access to get one should that be their personal choice. Clearly you want to make that choice for them. Again sad

You made your request. I gave you a clear reason to meet as the next step to address your request. You have declined to meet. Pretty simple. If you change your mind, let me know.
