There is a deep and growing concern across Wisconsin about election interference in Republican primaries by Stronger Wisconsin Fund, Speaker Robin Vos and the Republican Party of Wisconsin. This dark money election interference was covered on August 1^st by Fox 6 news[i]

Stronger Wisconsin Fund is a new dark money group that registered as an Independent Expenditure with Wisconsin Ethics Commission on July 12^th, 2024. They reported having spent over $408,000.00 in attack ads against Conservative Republicans.

This is what you need to know:

1. Stronger Wisconsin Fund uses an address at 2809 E Hamilton Ave. Eau Claire, WI 54701. The business at this address is Pak Mail and it has been confirmed that Stronger Wisconsin did not have an account or mailbox with them as of August 1st, 2024, and no right to be using that mailing address. Therefore, we allege address fraud is being committed.
2. Stronger Wisconsin Fund is making allegations stated as facts that are untrue about fellow Conservative Republican candidates.
3. The listed phone number for Stronger Wisconsin Fund is a Madison, WI phone number (608) 618-4680 even though the alleged address is in Eau Claire, WI.Matthew Fernholz is listed as an additional contact. He is a partner at Cramer Multhauf, LLP attorneys.
4. Matthew Fernholz has personally represented Speaker Robin Vos in the past.
5. This is the same firm, Cramer Multhauf, that the Republican Party of Wisconsin paid $10,062.70 in compliance & administrative fees between November 30^th, 2023, and March 18^th, 2024.
6. Robin Vos, through his personal campaign committee has also used the firm Cramer Multhauf, where Matthew Fernholz is partner, between April 27^th, 2024, and June 20^th, 2024, for a total of $27,766.70.
7. Rachel Licht is listed as the treasurer. She lives in Waukesha, WI. Is she aware that her name is being used as the treasurer for this dark money group or is her name also being fraudulently used?

The Republican Party of Wisconsin and Speaker Robin Vos have stated that they do not get involved in Republican primary races. We believe the connections between Stronger Wisconsin Fund; The Republican Party of Wisconsin and Speaker Robin Vos are clear. We believe that The Republican Party of Wisconsin and Speaker Robin Vos have acted in bad faith, participating in election interference, against Conservative Republicans in primary races across the state of Wisconsin. Therefore, we are calling for the immediate resignation of Republican Party of Wisconsin Chairperson, Brian Schimming and Speaker Robin Vos. We demand a cease and desist of any further attack ads by Republicans, using Stronger Wisconsin Fund, against Wisconsin Republicans.
